Howell Conservation Fund ("HCF," "we," "us," or "our") provides howellconservation.org (the "Site") as an informational service. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). HCF reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at any time without notice to you. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. You represent that you are legally able to accept these Terms in your home jurisdiction. We may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, or your access to it, at any time without notice or liability. When any updates are made to the Site or these Terms, by using the Site you agree to the terms of any such new version.
Subject to these Terms, you may access, view, and use the Site for your own noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the Site or its content to third parties without our prior written permission.

We do not claim ownership of any proposals, messages, or materials you provide to HCF (including feedback and suggestions) or otherwise post, upload, input or submit to us (each a “Submission” and collectively “Submissions”). If you make any Submissions to us through the Site, you agree that we may use that material freely, and that it will not be treated as confidential or proprietary unless HCF separately agrees in writing. By making your Submission, you are granting HCF permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of its business without limitation.
You acknowledge and agree that HCF owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site and its content, including text, images, logos, design, and organization (the "Site Content"). The Site Content is protected by copyright laws and treaty provisions. Except as set forth in these Terms, your use of the Site does not grant you any ownership interest in the Site or the Site Content, and no license rights or other rights are granted to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
Howell Conservation Fund, the HCF Logo, the HCF Flag Logo, are registered trademarks or trademarks of HCF. Other names and brands may be claimed as the property of others.
Photography on the Site is courtesy of HCF and its project partners unless otherwise noted and may not be reproduced without permission. The Site and Site Content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HCF and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
